I've been back to work full-time for 9 weeks. 9 weeks?!?! Time flies.
So what does a day in my busy life look like?
Something like this:
I wake up at 4:30am, and head to my Happy Place.
I'm at the gym by 5am, and get myself ready for our daily WOD. For this particular "day in the life" this was our WOD.
I hit my activity goal by 6am!! Such a lovely sight.
After my WOD, I head home, and generally walk through my front door about 6:15-6:20am.

I often post on my blog different challenges that I participate in. To date, ALL of those challenges have been FITNESS challenges. But here's a new challenge for all my readers. This is a READING challenge.
Technically you should read 52 books in a year, so one book a week. But like ALL challenges, this belongs to you. If reading 52 books in one year, or one book a week seems too daunting, then use one book for multiple weeks. You make this challenge YOURS!

I did my first Spartan Race last February. It was AWESOME!! You can read my recap HERE.
