I prefer to work out in the gym. I love the variety of classes, equipment, etc., but first and foremost I am a mom. That means if I have a child that needs a mom day, or a sick day, or I need to go to their school for a performance and I can't make it to the gym, THAT'S OKAY!! I have been working out long enough now that I can do something at home in 30 minutes and still get in a good workout for the day.

  • That is a good at-home workout! As a mom, I can't always get to the gym either, but I sure do prefer having access to weights and equipment. Today is a gym/outside day for me. I am going for a 5k run, doing monkey bars, pull-ups, bench push-ups and some abs!
