Get Rid Of Fleas & Ticks with PetArmor #TickFreeFall

As part of the Mom It Forward Blogger Network I am being compensated by PetArmor, for my participating in this blog tour. All opinions expressed are my own, and all cute Matthew pictures are courtesy of me. You’re welcome!

Living in Florida we ALWAYS are outside. It's just too nice to not be enjoying our beautiful weather. Our dog, Matthew spends a lot of time outdoors too. Matthew loves to dig in the yard, climb our orange tree (yes, CLIMBS) and roll around in anything that smells dogalicious.

Here is a quick video of Matthew jumping in the neighbor's orange tree, where he thinks balls grows on trees. Tongue Out

I am a dog person. I always grew up with a dog, and up until I went away to college I had a Yellow Labrador Retriever.  Matthew reminds me an awful lot of that lab, Tigger who lived out the rest of her days very happy with my cousin, aunt and uncle.

Being a responsible pet owner means that I need to take Matthew to the Vet for regular check-ups, vaccinations, and of course, flea, and tick control.

We treat our lawn area for bugs, but we frequent the wooded trails quite often for hikes. I KNOW they have ticks there because I  have picked them off of MYSELF before. Undecided

Fleas and Ticks are dangerous to both pets and humans. Ticks carry deadly diseases such as Lyme Disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever. Lucky for both me and my dog, PetArmor is an effective solution for flea and tick protection.

I like that PetArmor costs significantly less than many other brands, but still contains the same No. 1 vet-recommended active ingredient Fipronil found in Frontline brand products. PetArmor needs to applied once per month and it keeps your dog protected for a full 30 days!

I guess in Utah we don't even have fleas. Ticks, we might. My parents recently got a new dog (King Charles Cavalier), so this might actually be good info for them since they take her camping with them. So far, she's happy and healthy and her vet check-ups have been great.

I LOVE watching your dog with the oranges. SO funny!! I wonder if the orange peel tastes good to him, too.
  • We have a small indoor dog and flea and tick medication is a must. You never know what the pups bring home after being outside.
  • We always use Frontline on our dogs and cat. Can you tell me how the two brands compare?
  • Also, you should add share buttons to your posts Smile
  • My dog got fleas a few years ago and it was by far the grossest thing ever, so I make sure to vaccinate him now!!!  I use K9 Advantix for a few year now, but I am interested to know more about this product!

We used monthly Revolution which also prevents heartworm. Love it. We don't have ticks here in the PNW, thank heavens. We've put that on our "break it" list for possible relocation areas!
  • Hmm is anyone else encountering problems with the pictures on this blog loading? I'm trying to figure out if its a problem on my end or if it's the blog. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

  • In another day the hay is baled and piled in hay wagons if it is small square bales to be sent to a barn or moved to a storage area if it was made into round bales. Area pools and water parks offer fun and exercise for children through much of the summer. Plant some trees at a distance so that broken shadows dont fall on the court.
