#MoveNourishBelieve Blogger Challenge Week 1

I teased last week about the Lorna Jane #movenourishbelieve challenge and TODAY the challenge starts!! Here's all the info you need for WEEK 1!!

Monday- Sweat it out! Show us your favorite way to sweat! (CrossFit is MY favorite way to sweat!)
Tuesday- Change it up! Sweat a new way! You can find a workout here.
(I'm going to do Trampoline fitness!!)
Wednesday- Let’s Plank! Plank for at least 5 minutes today! You can split the planks up.
Thursday- Buddy up! Workout with a friend today!

Friday- Fave Friday! Show us your five fitness favorites! Exercises, people, whatever gets you moving and motivated!

Now remember to post an image on twitter or instagram with the hashtags #sweatpink and #mnbchallenge
