Monday-CrossFit. Today was the day of PR's. It was a great day! You can read all about it here.
Tuesday- AIRHEADS. I went and did AirHeads trampoLEAN fitness class. It was a lot of fun. I was the only person there besides the trainer, so she put me through the wringer. She said since I was the only one we could go faster and not take as many breaks. That meant we finished the class in 45 minutes rather the normal 60 minutes. I was fine with that.
Wednesday-CrossFit and Jazzercise. A great day at both CrossFit and Jazzercise!!
CrossFit was tough!! I RX'd the weight for the Kettlebells, and I ran, at least I'm pretty sure I ran. I honestly can't remember! Ack! Not good!For Time Complete:

- 30 KB Swings (53/35)
- 100 singles
* Rest 2 minutes.
* 3 Rounds.
Then I went to Jazzercise where the instructor was taping herself for re-certification so we got in a great workout!

Thursday-REST. Thank goodness!! I needed it!
Friday-CrossFit. Today I made up Thursday's WOD.
"Open WOD 13.2"
Complete a 10 minute AMRAP of:
- 5 Shoulder-to-Overhead 55#
- 10 Deadlifts 55#
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20, Step-Ups allowed as Rx)
Saturday- Best Damn Race 10K & 5K challenge. What a great time!! Expect a full recap later this week!!
